This year, 2015, is the 75th Anniversary of the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. Fifteen of the American Legion Riders from Post 17 will be heading to Sturgis South Dakota the end of July.
The planning actually started nearly a year ago. Andie found us a beautiful cabin and reserved it. The cabin has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Some of the rooms have multiple beds so there will be some people sharing. Not a problem.
We all got together one week before our scheduled departure for dinner and the last minute planning.
The planning party was held at Keith and Sandy’s. Everyone brought food and drinks and it was a lot of fun.
Next stop is Sturgis!!
