Finally a beautiful day to go for a ride with the American Legion Riders.
Our destination for today is the Hog Holler Saloon/Restaurant in Ozawkie, Kansas. It is approximately 120 miles round trip.
We left the Legion at 11:00am with 18 riders.
The ride to Hog Holler was good. It was a little windy on the way and then got a lot windy on the way back home. That is something riders have to deal with all the time living in Kansas. The wind won’t stop us!
One cool thing about the Hog Holler Saloon is they have live music there Friday, Saturday and Sunday on the outdoor stage. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to stay for the music this time around.
