Sturgis 75th Anniversary Part Two

One place we definitely wanted to go was the Veteran’s Club in Sturgis. The club represents the VFW and American Legion. The members are very friendly.

Every morning before and during the Sturgis Rally they cook up a great breakfast for a very reasonable price. Our group ate there a couple of mornings.

On one of our visits to the Veteran’s Club we presented our “license plate” from Post 17 Manhattan, KS to the Commander.

The club is located one block from downtown Sturgis. We were able to park our motorcycles there and walk to all the attractions in Sturgis.

By now hopefully you have had a chance to look at the first batch of photos from our trip to South Dakota. If not here they are Sturgis Part One.

On our trip to South Dakota we made a stop at Mount Rushmore, Devil’s Tower and many other different places. The next few slideshows will finish up the photos that we gathered from some of our group.
